Hi dear guest, this is Anand from Kochi, Kerala, the beautiful Indian state, aptly called “God’s own country”. Me along with my professional team are on a journey to provide the best of our lovely state to our beloved clients across the world. As I entered into the tourism area in the period of 2009 after a successful career in BMW, Muscat, the one poignant fact that struck me was that there was a serious dearth of trained and language proficient professionals and drivers who could cater to our international and national guests.
Early on, we tried to connect to the local search engines who gave us the clients details. Later on, we came in contact with local businesses, who entrusted us with regular trips after experiencing our quality of service. During the coronavirus epidemic, our entire industry took a massive hit, from which the recovery has been slow and steady.
As the years progressed, we analysed that a huge chunk of the service productivity was eroded due to the presence of middlemen in the tourism sector. They were siphoning out much higher rates for every service as compared to the actual service providers, thus rendering the tourists an immense disservice. We strongly felt that this breach of trust towards our beloved guests to Kerala should be mended by us, the actual service providers. Hence we decided to take the plunge and connect with our clients directly, so that we can welcome guests with better rate and service offers. Over the years we have acquired wonderful experience and a steady flow of guests who have benefited from our direct dealings for a stress-free and relaxing travel.
